As a tribute to the land that welcomes Casa Fernanda and our roots, La Veladora brings together the flavors of Morelos and Baja. Our kitchen, run by Tepozteco chef Iván Quiroz, is a simple kitchen featuring fresh produce from the Sea of Cortez, the Valley of Tepoztlán, and some other corners of Morelos. Our creative proposal of contemporary Mexican cuisine seeks to evoke the aromas and flavors of homes in the center and north of the country.
