About your room

Frigo

We would like to inform you that our rooms do not have minibars. If you need refrigerated medication or food, you can request it at the front desk.

Please note that check-out time is 12:00 PM. Any later check-out requires prior request and is subject to availability and carries an additional fee.

Equipment and services

  • Control

    Remotes

    To make good use of the controls, we ask that you do not modify the television settings.
    We have two controls:
    Megacable control (open TV - only channels 100-500 work).
    TV control (to turn the TV on and off and change the volume).

  • Aire

    Air conditioner

    Check that it is in cooling mode.
    The lowest recommended temperature is 19 degrees.
    Keep the doors closed while in use.
    Try to keep it on only when you are in the room.

  • Plancha

    Steam iron

    Before use, fill the water container to the maximum height mark. When finished, be sure to empty any remaining water.

  • Alberca

    Pool pin

    For pool use only. In case of loss or damage, replacement costs $500.00 MXN.

Rules & policies

Eating or drinking in bed is not recommended, especially wine and coffee, as staining carries a $2,000.00 MXN fine.

NO SMOKING

The rooms are 100% smoke-free. If you are found smoking or the smell permeates the room, you will be fined $5,000.00 MXN, as the space will need to be sanitized for several days.

Spa

If you have booked a service at our spa for your departure day, please remember that room check-out is at 12:00 PM. We recommend checking out your room before the start of your spa service, especially if it is scheduled between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, so you can fully enjoy your experience. The spa area has changing rooms, lockers, and showers.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

We are pleased to inform you that we offer taxi service for travel within Tepoztlán, with payments exclusively in cash.

For transfers to Cuernavaca, Mexico City, or the airport, we recommend requesting service in advance at reception through a private company. We will be happy to assist you in booking your transportation.

Luggage

Once your room has been vacated and you have checked out, if you wish to continue exploring Tepoztlán, use our facilities, or enjoy a service at our spa, your luggage can be stored at the front desk until 4:00 PM.
