ARTICLE 1.
The pool will be available for use from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.
ARTICLE 2.
As a courtesy to all our guests, reserving lounge chairs is not permitted.
ARTICLE 3.
To maintain a clean and healthy environment, swimsuits are required when entering the pool.
ARTICLE 4.
Only beverages are allowed in the pool area.
ARTICLE 5.
For everyone’s safety and to maintain the cleanliness of the area, glass objects and food are not permitted.
ARTICLE 6.
No floats, inflatables, or diving are permitted.
ARTICLE 7.
Playing individual music on speakers is prohibited. Only the hotel’s background music will be played.
ARTICLE 8.
To ensure a peaceful environment, only children over 12 years of age are allowed in the pool.
ARTICLE 9.
Children over 12 years of age may remain in the pool area only under the supervision and responsibility of an adult.
ARTICLE 10.
It is recommended that guests wait at least two hours after eating before using the pool.
ARTICLE 11.
The pool is 1.20 meters deep and is heated and treated with natural salts for your enjoyment.
ARTICLE 12.
A replacement fee of $500 will apply for the lost pin provided for bar service.
